DesignX Genie is a product of ARMOUR1X LLP ("we", "us"). These terms cover your use of DesignX Genie at designxgenie-cad.web.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Questions: designxgenie@gmail.com.

Early access

DesignX Genie is in early access. Features will change, things may break, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or end the early-access programme.

Your account

• Keep your password to yourself: you're responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Your designs

• You own the designs you create and the files you import. You let us store, process and display them only to provide the service to you, which includes sending what you ask Genie about to our AI providers (see the Privacy Policy).
• Keep your own copies of important work: export it regularly.

Genie, the AI assistant

• Genie's answers, and the geometry it builds, can be wrong. Check dimensions, fits, materials and suitability yourself before you make, sell or rely on a design. You're responsible for how your designs are used.
• Genie has usage limits per account: for each 5-hour session, each day and each month, higher on Genie Plus and higher again on Genie Pro. The Plan & billing page shows how much of each you've used and when it resets. The CAD tools themselves aren't limited.

Genie Plus and Genie Pro, the paid plans

• Genie Plus and Genie Pro are monthly subscriptions. You pay through Razorpay, at the price shown on the Plan & billing page before you pay.
• A plan renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Plan & billing: the plan stays on until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• You can upgrade from Plus to Pro at any time: you pay for Pro, it starts at once, and Plus stops renewing.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use DesignX Genie to:

• break the law or anyone else's rights, including uploading files you have no right to use;
• design anything illegal, or anything meant to harm people;
• get around security, limits, or into other people's accounts or data;
• overload or disrupt the service, or resell access to it.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Ending

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend access if these terms are broken, and we may end the service, with notice where we reasonably can.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll update this page and the date at the top; using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
